Autism Spectrum Partners offer community support
and enablement services for individuals with Autism that do not
require as much support as provided in our residential
Our supported housing schemes offer service users
the chance to live in the community but with all the support they
need, up to 24 hours a day.
Home support is also widely available across the
country to support people living in their own homes. We can set up
home support virtually anywhere in response to need.
The goal of community services is to make sure that
progress made during a period of time in a residential service
is continued once the individual chooses to live in the community.
Each person will be supported to develop a person centred support
plan which embraces their lifestyle choices whilst ensuring their
individual support needs are met.
Before someone is offered either a supported
housing scheme or home support, we will make an assessment visit.
We also liaise closely with social services and other relevant
