We welcome your feedback. Once you have completed and submitted the questionnaire, the results go through to our Business Support Office. Your answers will remain anonymous unless you have included your name. Your details will not be passed on to anyone, so please tell us exactly what you think.

Does this replace the existing compliments or complaints procedure, or other forms of feedback used by the hospital?
You can still pass your compliments or complaints to The Disabilities Trust’s Quality Assurance Division in the usual way. BIRT services continue to use existing ways of gathering feedback, in addition to the BIRT satisfaction questionnaire.
