At the Brain Injury Rehabilitation Trust (BIRT) we aim to deliver the best possible experience of brain injury rehabilitation and care. We also understand the importance of ensuring our services deliver quality and value for money.

Let us know your thoughts on how well our services are performing by completing a BIRT Satisfaction Questionnaire online.

What happens next?

We welcome your feedback. Once you have completed and submitted the questionnaire, the results go through to our Business Support Office. Your answers will remain anonymous unless you have included your name. Your details will not be passed on to anyone, so please tell us exactly what you think.

All respondents who give us their name will receive a reply.

How will the results be used?

If you or someone in your family uses our services, or if you commission our services please let us know your thoughts. These satisfaction questionnaires give us invaluable insight into what you really think of BIRT’s services. Your comments can then be used to help make improvements if necessary.

The questionnaire results are analysed centrally by BIRT staff and then sent to the relevant service for action as required. The results will be published on our website and in the BIRT Outcome Report each year. BIRT services will also publish their results online and in their internal newsletters.

Does this replace the existing compliments or complaints procedure, or other forms of feedback used by the hospital?

You can still pass your compliments or complaints to The Disabilities Trust’s Quality Assurance Division in the usual way. BIRT services continue to use existing ways of gathering feedback, in addition to the BIRT satisfaction questionnaire.
