The Brain Injury Rehabilitation Trust (BIRT) has been providing excellence in brain injury rehabilitation for over 20 years. Since opening its first service in 1991, Thomas Edward Mitton House in Milton Keynes, BIRT has grown to become one of the world leaders of brain injury rehabilitation.

We offer a continuum of rehabilitation that can meet the needs of an individual at any stage in their rehabilitation at one of our 12 UK centres. Our continuum provides the following options:
