Gemma Chaplin is running the Edinburgh Marathon on 28th May. It will be her first marathon. She set her initial fundraising target as £325 but has already raised £530.
Gemma explains why she has chosen this service “I have been working at Fen House for a year now, first as a Rehabilitation Support Worker and now as a Functional Skills Assistant working alongside the clinical team. I am continually inspired by the service users I work with and want to run for everyone who has suffered a brain injury. I also hope to raise awareness of our services so we can reach out to others that may need support with their rehabilitation after a brain injury.”
Everybody at Fen House is wishing Gemma good luck.
