Storage was proving to be a bit of a problem at the Brain Injury Rehabilitation Trust (BIRT) centre in Ely and they decided that a container might be a good idea. Cas Thorpe, Rehabilitation Coordinator at Fen House, takes up the story:

“I Googled storage container companies in East Anglia and Mobile Mini came up based in Manningtree Essex. Looking more closely I noticed that each depot aims to help communities and can provide 10 storage containers.

"There was a link on the Mobile Mini site which told the story of a young man who needed a gym at home and Mobile Mini had provided one. So I decided to email them to see if they could help us. Kevin Welton the Branch Manager at Manningtree replied and I was delighted to hear that they would like to help us so I arranged for Kevin to come along and meet us and to check the area where we wanted the container to be sited.

"Kevin was so helpful and interested in what we do at Fen House and he was delighted to be helping us. The storage container will make a huge difference to us and I’d like to thank Kevin and everybody at Mobile Mini for their kindness.”
