Regulation
The third sector has become increasingly heavily regulated in recent years. Although the Trust does support regulation to ensure service users are protected and the sector’s work is transparent, we now have in place the third new social care regulator in the last ten years with the CQC taking over combined health, social care and mental health regulation from October this year.... read more
