Rehabilitation support workers (bank)

Salary: £6.61/hour, plus £1/hour weekend enhancement

We are looking to recruit rehabilitation support workers at The Woodmill, a residential centre for the rehabilitation of 23 adults with acquired brain injury.

As a member of our team you will provide personal care and rehabilitation support for clients with acquired brain injuries, covering shifts on a rota system.

BIRT’s programme is designed to help people re-learn skills lost as a result of an acquired brain injury (whether caused by road accident, assault or illness). We offer a comprehensive range of services including expert assessments and rehabilitation.

Our rehabilitation programmes are based on a neurobehavioral model. By working with each client, our skilled staff help people to relearn old skills which have been lost as a result of a brain injury, or acquire new skills to help minimise the impact of the injury.

These positions are subject to a Criminal Records Bureau check.
