Community support workers
Support workers needed for community-based services in locations across England - supporting clients in their own homes or 24-hour supported housing. Full-time, part-time and bank post available.

Community Services is a division of The Disabilities Trust. It is a leading provider of specialist brain injury rehabilitation, helping people regain lost skills, recover social independence and enable them to perform basic functions of every day living following brain injury.

Community Services Domiciliary Care is a high quality service for people with physical disabilities which promotes their independence whilst living in their own home working within a complex and diverse supportive service meeting the requirements of the Commission for Social Care Inspectorate.
