case management team

Our new Case Management service is led by Alex Garden. Alex is a qualified social worker with over 25 years’ experience in social work and care management, and independent case management.

Working within multidisciplinary teams in hospital rehabilitation settings and the independent sector, his expertise is widely recognised, most notably within the field of traumatic brain injury - developing specialised community based rehabilitation and support packages.

All our case managers:

  • hold professional qualifications

  • are members of BABICM (British Association of Brain Injury Case Managers)

  • receive regular in-house training

  • have experience of providing home based rehabilitation

  • will recommend the most appropriate course of rehabilitation, home-based or residential, to maximise benefits and provide cost effective rehabilitation

  • recruit, train and supervise support staff where required

  • refer to rehabilitation services as required

  • obtain evidence based data relating to claimant capabilities and deficits
