The 25km is suitable for most ages and for those looking for a bit more of a challenge than the 10km, but something that still is achievable for most fitness levels and gives you a taste of the South Downs National Trail. (over 14's prices)
This is our medium challenge of all of the routes, achievable but requires a bit more training. It starts off with the 45km and 60km walkers, then the route splits off after a couple of kilometres to take in a great section of the South Downs Trail. (over 16's only)
If you feel the BIG challenge below is just a little too far, but you want to push yourselves then this route would suit you perfectly. At just over a marathon distance, it takes in some of the highlights of the beautiful South Downs. This route is still a huge rewarding challenge to complete. (over 16s only)
The BIG 60km Route - If you are looking for a BIG challenge to get your teeth stuck into this is the route for you. It will require training in advance. The route takes through some of the most stunning countryside in Britain along with picturesque villages and towns such as Arundel. It is tough, but gives an amazing sense of achievement when you cross the finish line. (over 16s only)
Taking on TrekFest is no mean feat, but the challenge is simple – every trekker aims to complete the 54 mile route within 24 hours, the 27/29 mile route within 12 hours or the 13 mile route within 6 hours. There is no getting away from the fact that TrekFest is tough; but it is achievable, as around 1,500 trekkers from 2014 will tell you. It hurts; it will push you; there are moments when you will doubt yourself, but you can and will succeed with the right physical training and mental preparation. You can register as a team and support each other or register as an individual.
