Disability Lifestyles is
part of The Disabilities Trust and the means by which we provide
specialist services for people with physical disabilities including
cerebral palsy, muscular dystrophy, spina bifida, arthritis,
stroke, multiple sclerosis and disabilities resulting from
accidents.
As well as providing physical care, we are committed to ensuring
people have independence and control over their lives and are
treated with dignity and respect at all times. Needs are
individually assessed, and care is delivered in a person-centred
environment, either in a service user's own home or in a community
or residential setting.
We accept referrals from a wide range of agencies and
commissioning care foundations, including health, social services
and other service providers.
