Outlook Web App (OWA)

This is the Outlook Web Application which is used to access your inbox remotely. You will need your user name and password to access.

Microsoft Outlook Web App (formerly known as Outlook on the Web or Outlook Web Access) is a browser-based email client. Outlook Web App lets you access your Microsoft Exchange Server mailbox from almost any web browser.

​The ICT Service Desk

The ICT Service Desk is a brilliant new tool designed to help you with your IT related questions and queries. Through a unique user interface you can interrogate the Service Desk to find out how to:

  • Share Outlook calendars
  • Reset or change your passwords
  • Set up secure printing
  • Create an ICT Leaver or New User form

The Hub

The Hub is where you will find all Disabilities Trust forms / policies & procedures / line managers guides. It is also the place where you can keep up-to-date on all the latest news across the Trust.

You will be asked to log in using the same credentials as your Outlook profile.

My HR

MyHR is our new online Human Resources portal. Today, you can view your payslip, set up your profile and amend personal details, but soon you will be able to book leave and training, submit an expenses claim, and much more! For Managers, the new MyHR system promises to make managing your team easier than ever before.

We will let you know when further functionality is added, but for now, please log on to MyHR when you get this email to complete your profile.

Action point: Please log in to your MyHR account now : http://myhr.thedtgroup.org

Username: Surname plus Initial – e.g. the user name for Mark Thomas would be thomasm

Password: The same password you used to access the Trust device/email account you are viewing this email on.

If you have not changed your password in three months, you will need to do this before you can access MyHR. Please visit https://selfservice.thedtgroup.org if you have not registered for Password Self Service or have forgotten/need to change your password.
