As a national charity with a wide range of service users, we seek to engage with government legislation and policy to ensure that the issues facing disabled people are properly addressed. These updates are designed to highlight current changes to policy and legislation across the sector, to our staff, supporters and volunteers.

The Disabilities Trust is a member of the Care and Support Alliance (CSA) and the Voluntary Organisations Disability Group (VODG). We regularly engage with politicians through our services and this is often with the intention of influencing policy and practice at a local or national level.

Contact campaigns@thedtgroup.org for more information about how you can work with us to seek change.
