The Brain Injury Rehabilitation Trust (BIRT) will be attending the Head First conference in Westminster, London on 10th May. This is a one-day event looking at the cost-benefits of “specialism in brain injury” and investing knowledge, time and resources to achieve positive outcomes for individuals with brain injury and their families in developing their new lives.
BIRT will be present with a stand showcasing our latest research and outcomes from 2017. Tina Tupper, Service Manager from Thomas Edward Mitton House in Milton Keynes and Nen Pillay, Area Manager for BIRT Community Services in the North will be answering questions about our services and they look forward to meeting attendees.
There will be seminars covering topics such as “Brain Injury: The economy of Health and Well-being”; “Valuing rehabilitation potential: Predicting outcomes after ABI” and “Adding value to life after brain in jury in the long term”.
The event organised by Head First LLP attracts a range of delegates from health, social care and legal professions.
