We support more than 150 adults with acquired brain injury in their own homes or our supported living projects, offering people the chance to live in the community but with all the support they need up to 24 hours a day. We are constantly evolving to seek new and imaginative solutions for people with disabilities, ensuring greater choice and control, and supporting individuals to live as independently as possible.
In our supported living projects we work in partnership with housing associations, offering accommodation with 24 hour shared support provided by our specially trained staff teams. We offer more than 30 supported living projects in towns and cities across England and deliver one to one support to individuals who live in their own accommodation, alone or with family or friends.
