We are pleased to announce the opening of our latest community supported living project, opening in Liverpool 8 in summer 2019. The 13 self-contained apartments are suitable for adults with acquired brain injury or physical disability and/or sensory impairment.
This supported living service will give people the independence to live in their own homes, and on their own terms. Our support workers will enable individuals to do the things that are important to them and help them to achieve their goals. We can offer support packages from a few hours a day to 24 hours, with 1:1 care provided where appropriate.
The new build accommodation, situated on Mill Street L8, is built across four floors with full lift access, and comprises 13 self-contained apartments. There is a communal lounge, office facilities for tenants, and car parking. The property is close to Liverpool’s vibrant city centre, public transport links, local shops, and recreational facilities.
The people supported at this property will be tenants of Inclusion Housing Association and The Disabilities Trust will deliver individually tailored support packages of care. Whether moving from another supported living facility, transitioning from a larger residential service, or moving out of a family home, we can help each individual every step of the way.
We are now starting assessments for this new service. Please contact our friendly Business Development Team on 0330 058 1881 or firstname.lastname@example.org for further information.
