West Heath House and Bristol Road are jointly presenting ‘The process of progress in brain injury rehabilitation’, their annual free educational seminar, on Friday 10 July at the Tally Ho Conference Centre, Pershore Road, Birmingham B5 7RN.
This event is aimed at health and social care professionals working in the field of brain injury, including GPs, Commissioners, Consultants in Rehabilitation Medicine, Neuropsychologists, Psychologists, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Social Workers, and Case Managers. Personal Injury Lawyers are also very welcome at this seminar.
Dr Tim Hull, Consultant Clinical Neuropsychologist at West Heath House will present on clinical support through a service user’s journey after brain injury, and members of West Heath House’s multidisciplinary clinical team will present a case study: Annette’s journey. Anthony Collins Solicitors, who are sponsoring the event, will address how to support the individual with brain injury through the mechanics of a personal injury claim, including different roles and responsibilities. One Voice Community Choir, whose members include Service Users from West Heath House, will be performing at the event. A complimentary lunch is available on the day.
