Staff and service users at York House had a great time supporting Comic Relief. Staff donated £1 each to wear red or something silly. Service users made pirate hats and parrots in the weekly arts and craft session for staff to wear. A baking group, on the day before Comic Relief, made some tasty treats to sell at the bake sale on the day. The favourite cake on the day was the fruity Malteaser squares which sold out in about five minutes!

The day was finished off with a laughter therapy group lead by Occupational Therapist, Chloe Nelson and Speech and Language Therapist, Nathalie Cullen. The group was such a hit that they are hoping to make it a monthly event. The total money raised by York House was £51.25.
