As a leading national charity we believe that highly trained and motivated staff are vital to help us continue our excellent track record of providing life-changing support for people with disabilities.
We will seek to support staff at all levels to study towards qualifications and apprenticeships to create personal and organisational growth, as we value our staff and want to encourage them to reach their potential.
We will also encourage staff to grow and support them to further develop their skills and experience.
For clinical staff, our multi-disciplinary team approach and commitment to research offers an unrivalled opportunity for professional development. We also encourage staff in our support functions such as finance, IT and People Services to develop further to create growth and overall contribution to their role.
