Christopher Holder.JPG

Christopher came to Shinewater Court in October 2016, needing support in every area of his life. 13 months on, he has lost 10 stone and is now much more independent, able to access the local community independently and attending various events on behalf of Shinewater Court; such as the recent Remembrance Sunday parade.

Christopher puts his weight loss down to all the support he has been given by the staff and cutting out his junk food. Unable to walk at all on his arrival to the service, he can now walk with the aid of a walking frame and stand long enough to put his own clothes away. This is wonderful news and just another step on his journey as he still wants to lose another four stone. Keep going, Christopher!
