The Disabilities Trust has maintained its minimal gender pay gap for the year ending April 2020 - with a gap far lower than the national average.
At the Trust, we are committed to ensuring equality for all, and are pleased to see that we are performing so well compared to the national average.
Here's an insight into the data:
"The average hourly rate for women was £12.66, and £12.93 for men. This is a mean gender pay gap of just 2.1%, which is far below the national average.
To give context the national average is much higher, and shows that on average, men are paid 7.4% higher than women."
