The Disabilities Trust has maintained its minimal gender pay gap for the year ending April 2019 - bucking the national trend and leading the way in the third sector.

At the Trust we're committed to ensuring equality for all, and we are proud that this thorough data analysis shows that we remain within 1% of having no gap.

Here's an insight into the data:

"The average hourly rate for women was £12.88, and £12.89 for men. This is a mean gender pay gap* of just 0.07%, which is far below the national average of 8.9%. To give a context of how much we've improved, last year's average hourly rate for women was £10.72 and £10.64 for men."
