Following analysis of data for the year 2020-21, The Disabilities Trust has published its gender pay gap report, which shows a small gap which is far lower than the industry average.
The data shows that, when looking at a representative sample of staff, we have a MEAN* gender pay gap of 1.05%. Women are paid an average of £13.19, and men an average of £13.33. The national average is much higher, at 7.9%.
Naomi Carey, Director of People and Development at the Trust, said: “We are committed to ensuring equality for all, and are pleased to see that we are performing so well compared to the national average.”
