service users from the woodmill enjoying activities

Service users Emma and Brad from the Brain Injury Rehabilitation Trust's (BIRT) service The Woodmill in Devon recently attended a ‘Leap of Faith’ adventure day - a range of exciting activities at local Bicton College.

They began by sailing and playing games on the lake which, included racing, battleships and tag. Emma and Brad then moved onto the climbing wall, where they both managed to surprise themselves with their ability to easily scale the wall in no time at all.

In the afternoon, Emma and Brad who was captain of the ‘Robin hood’ team said: “I’m really pleased, I managed a bullseye on the archery and scored lots of points, I really enjoyed myself.”
